Streaming services like Vimeo and Youtube, has made digital delivery more mainstream and convenient then authoring and burning a physical DVD or Blue-ray disc. The DVD is dying, but not to worry, most companies are offering online solutions that is quick and offer more options. Just think, in some cases, months have gone by waiting on you’re wedding film, you get the call the film is ready, but just to wait some more. Now online delivery to the rescue , you get the call, you’re wedding is ready and as quick as you can get off your cell, turn on your computer, you’re watching you’re wedding film.

If you decide  to opt for a second videographer (Highly Recommend, but not Required) you get the flexibility of filming at 2 different locations simultaneously, and capturing 2 controlled angles of the ceremony and reception, and we can’t forget the audio, the lavalier lapel mic’s for the groom and the officiant, and external recorders to record audio from the venue and the DJ sound system.

Last but not least

Once you’re wedding day is done, the videographers work begins. Back at the studio they download tons of footage and even more if in 4K to edited. They start color correction, repairing  and syncing audio, Then they recall all that they learned about you and begin to form your fairytale story together. Once done you will find that this was an investment towards a family heirloom that will be cherished  for generations to come.

The simple answer is no, but the days of your videographer sitting in corner after setting up cameras, pushing play, and the most you get is a zoom or pan for 2 to 3 hours are over.
